Split shift may be possible / required occasionally Quarry Bank Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Site Manager who takes pride in his/her working environment. This is a full-time, all year round, permanent position. The School Site Manager is responsible, through the Headteacher and Governing Body, for a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the school. The Site Manager will provide/be: Experienced in School Caretaking/Site Management or a relevant role Experienced in supervising/managing staff A good knowledge of COSHH regulations Able to understand and apply regulations such as Health and Safety and Manual Handling Computer literate with a willingness to learn new IT skills and packages Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Friendly and approachable, flexible, resilient and hard working Attention to detail Qualifications required: Recognised qualification in ICT, electrics, decorating, plumbing or carpentry (desirable - evidence required) Good numeracy and literacy skills.
