Commercial Refurbishment
Our Client is in need of a Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment in Liverpool. This involves the soft strip of the existing building and a Cat A B fit out.
The duties of the Site Manager will be to oversee subcontractors work ensuring quality and programme, monitoring Health & Safety on Site and reporting progress to the Contracts Manager.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- 5 + Years Site Manager experience
- Experience with Internals / Refurbishments
