8. Event Support: Assist with setting up and arranging furniture, equipment, and signage for office events, meetings, and conferences.
9. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by following established protocols and procedures for handling equipment, materials, and hazardous substances.
10. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and work orders to ensure efficient management of resources.

Main Duties

17. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, painting, and basic carpentry work.
18. Assist with setting up and arranging furniture and equipment for office events, meetings, and conferences.
19. Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks under the supervision of licensed professionals.
20. Respond promptly to employee requests and facility-related emergencies, providing timely solutions and excellent customer service.
21. Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
22. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties, including the proper use and maintenance of equipment and personal protective gear.
23. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and work orders using designated software or documentation systems.
What we are looking for
Experience : Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Skills : Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry systems. Ability to operate common hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Problem-solving : Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn.
Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Independence : Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Physical Ability : Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Desirable Criteria:
