Responsibilities
Business Development Support
* Conduct research to identify and qualify new Beauty & Personal Care brands for onboarding.
* Support outreach and engagement with prospective brands (similar to SDR work).
* Assist with pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates.
* Help prepare outreach materials, pitch decks, and performance reports.
Creator Outreach & Campaign Coordination
* Support outreach to creators on behalf of TikTok Shop beauty brands.
* Coordinate creator seeding and sampling efforts.
* Manage campaign tracking sheets and assist with performance reporting.
* Match brands with relevant creators in collaboration with the partnerships team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Foundational knowledge and genuine interest in the Beauty sector, plus an understanding of the UK ecommerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; logical thinking and analytical skills.
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
* Proficiency in English is required.

* Fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
* Team player with ownership of individual performance; focused on delivering high standards and results in a fast-moving industry.
* Growth-driven, business-minded, and results-oriented.
* Strong sense of social content (livestream and short video), content marketing, influencers, and category creativity.
