We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Senior Recruiter for Microsoft AI, who will be part of the Microsoft AI Copilot GTA squad. We want someone with positive energy who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and pays unwavering attention to detail. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, and successful in agile working environments. You should be able to make informed decisions, remove roadblocks, collaborate effectively across teams, and meet objectives.
This recruiter will be key in accelerating the growth of the MAI division through strategic talent acquisition. We value individuals who are not afraid to fail fast, lead with care, and enjoy coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder/Client Engagement
o Use data and metrics to advise on talent gaps and develop recruiting strategies.
o Guide hiring managers with insights on factors like time to hire, location, and budget, to develop end-to-end hiring plans.
o Consult on critical talent needs and influence leaders to consider diverse and nontraditional candidates.
2. Data Analysis & Hiring Plans
o Analyze data to inform hiring strategies and address organizational needs over short and long-term horizons.
3. Candidate Attraction
o Differentiates Microsoft's opportunities and rewards to attract top talent.
o Shares success stories, tracks candidate activity, and coaches stakeholders on Microsoft's value proposition.
4. Candidate Experience
o Develops hiring plans that meet candidate needs and owns the candidate experience throughout the process.
o Proactively improves the candidate experience and partners with leaders to mitigate issues.
5. Operational Compliance & Excellence
o Optimizes policies, systems, and processes, ensuring compliance and leveraging data for insights.
6. Other
o Embodies Microsoft's culture and values.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and extensive talent acquisition, HR, or relevant industry experience, or equivalent experience.
* Multiple years of AI recruiting/sourcing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree with extensive or significant talent acquisition experience, or equivalent.
* Ability to communicate effectively with executives and operate autonomously in ambiguous, global environments.
* Proven ability to deliver results and foster team growth.
