Temporary HR Administrator - Financial Services
£15 - £18 per hour + holiday pay
3-month temporary position to start ASAP with possible extension
Based near Liverpool Street
Office-based 5 days a week
9am - 5:30pm but flexible hours are possible
My client is a financial services firm located in the City of London. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a 3-month temporary position.
What you’ll do:
* Maintaining the HR database while managing the HR inbox
* General HR administration
* Maintaining and updating employee records
* Assisting with on-boarding for new hires
* Coordinating interviews and meetings
* Distributing appraisal forms to employees and line managers
* Updating contracts
Skills required:
* Previous relevant HR admin support/experience
* CIPD qualification, an interest in working towards or desired
* Driven and self-motivated
* Ability to pick things up quickly and use initiative
* Strong attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively
