Anderson Knight Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our esteemed client to appoint an experienced HR Officer for a 12 month FTC which could lead to a permanent position. Our client is looking for the individual to start ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to contribute to the development and implementation of effective people strategies within a progressive and supportive organisation. Key Responsibilities * Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding * Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures * Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UK employment law * Coordinate training and development initiatives * Manage employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism * Provide guidance to staff on HR best practice and company policies Candidate Requirements * Proven experience within a similar HR role (minimum of 2 years preferred) * Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR processes * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office packages * CIPD qualification or currently working towards it (desirable) What’s on Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Professional development and training opportunities * Supportive and collaborative working environment * The chance to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation
