We're seeking a driven Weekend Sales Executive who thrives in a busy showroom and knows how to convert opportunities into results. You'll benefit from the same commission structure as full‑time Sales Executives, with a pro rata basic salary based on £22,000 FTE.
Your Weekend Responsibilities
* Greeting customers and creating a welcoming showroom experience
* Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles
* Organising and carrying out test drives
* Presenting finance, warranty, and add‑on products
* Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover
* Working towards and exceeding weekend sales targets
What You'll Bring
* Experience in face‑to‑face sales (automotive, retail, or similar)
* Confident communication and strong closing ability
* A target‑driven mindset and desire to earn
* Professional presentation and a customer‑first approach
* Excellent attention to detail and teamwork
* Full UK driving licence
* FCA accreditation (training available if needed)
