At Gather & Gather, we’re looking for a passionate Catering Manager to join our team. If you’re driven by great food, excellent service, and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary: £37,500 per annum
Location: LS10 1AB
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and strong commercial focus.
* Deliver a consistent “wow factor” experience with high-quality food and service.
* Manage daily operations for up to 200 covers per day.
* Lead, support, and develop a team of 5 staff.
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback effectively.
* Control costs, including labour, stock, and waste.
* Maintain food safety and health & safety standards at all times.
* Monitor stock, manage ordering, and reduce wastage.
* Working closely with a supportive client
