We're Hiring: Site Managers – Interior Fit-Out Experts for High-End Projects in KSA & UAE

ALEC FITOUT is seeking a Site Manager who will lead the execution of fit-out works on-site from planning and progress monitoring to quality assurance, HSE compliance, and subcontractor coordination. You’ll ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of luxury interiors in collaboration with project stakeholders.
* Please note that this role may be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or United Arab Emirates, (UAE).
* The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
* Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
Your Role:
* Lead the on-site execution of interior fit-out works from start to handover.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.
* Oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.
* Manage subcontractor performance and support variation/claim documentation.
* Mentor and guide the construction team to maintain a high-performance culture.
What You’ll Need:
* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
* 10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.
* Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
* Strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites.
* Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.
* Fluent in English
