Site Manager Randstad is seeking an experienced "Site Manager" for the Meridian Water development project/London. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with proven experience managing large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across all site teams, while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets. Responsibilities The Site Manager will be responsible for: Ensuring safety compliance, quality, and productivity are being achieved by the site teams. Ensuring works are constructed in line with approved designs and specifications; tracking programme changes, raising Technical Queries and Early Warnings; attending design and client (progress & commercial) meetings. Working with the Commercial team to update cost forecasts and assist with Compensation Events. Ensuring timely material ordering and collaborating with Quantity Surveyors. Ensuring accurate and high-quality record-keeping. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using project management software.
