Field Sales Executive – Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland

Compensation: £25,000 – £28,000 per year (OTE £50,000)
Car allowance: £250 per month
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Outdoor, door‑to‑door sales, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband.
* Manage your own pipeline, converting conversations into customers.
* Drive performance, consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
* Build relationships within the local community and internally.
* Adapt your approach, remain open to feedback and eager to learn.
Qualifications
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Motivated by targets, results‑driven and proven in hands‑on sales.
* Experience in face‑to‑face sales, engaging people and securing commitments.
* Friendly, confident, enjoys real conversations and thrives on solo field work.
* Excellent time‑management, able to hit targets independently.
