Role: Certification Development Consultant

Department: Certification Sales – Sheffield OR Norwich Office

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Location: Hybrid (Sheffield/Norwich Office)

Salary: £28,000 per annum basic, with OTE exceeding £50,000 per annum

With a rapidly expanding customer base, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our sales team, playing a key role in driving business growth across both brands.


Purpose of the Role

In this outbound-focused role, you will proactively engage with potential customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored certification solutions. Your time will be evenly split between selling Be Certified products (50%) and Citation ISO products (50%), ensuring businesses receive expert guidance on their certification journey. Performing demonstrations of the Be Certified platform will also be a key part of the role, helping potential clients understand the value and functionality of our solutions.


From the initial outreach to closing deals, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales success, helping organizations enhance their compliance and operational standards.


About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with the following skills and experience:

* B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in business-to-business sales.
* Target-Driven: Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Pipeline Management: Ability to manage and nurture a sales pipeline effectively.
* Performance Metrics Knowledge: Understanding of key sales performance indicators and data analysis.
