The Programme Includes
* Formal training: REC Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
* Hands-on learning: live client delivery, technical training, and job shadowing
* Career progression: successful trainees secure a permanent role as a ShareForce Recruiter and continue development with the REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice
What You\ll Learn to Do
* Partner with ShareForce Talent Partners to build talent pipelines for clients
* Advertise roles creatively across job boards, social media, and our website
* Identify and engage candidates through headhunting, networking, and campaigns
* Build and manage long-term candidate relationships in specialist technical markets
* Support candidates through the hiring process, from preparation to interview coaching
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
* Attend client meetings to understand hiring needs and contribute to delivery
* Develop your professional brand and network on LinkedIn
