The Role This is a highly autonomous and influential position, acting as the business’s sole HR representative. You will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while also leading key areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The role will suit someone comfortable operating independently, exercising sound judgement, and building scalable HR practices that support both current needs and future growth. You will work closely with Directors and department managers, shaping people strategies that drive engagement, performance and a positive organisational culture.
