With more than 60% of UK adults currently without a Will, demand for our services has never been higher. We’re expanding our team of Sales Executives across the country to meet that demand and help more families protect their future.
The Role
As a self-employed Sales Executive, you’ll represent Simpler Law at pre-booked retail and event locations within your local area (typically within 20–30 miles of home).
You’ll be the friendly, professional face of our brand — engaging members of the public, introducing them to our trusted Will-writing services, and helping them book an appointment with one of our specialist consultants.
Your main responsibilities:

Attend high-footfall retail or event venues (all pre-arranged by our team).

Approach and engage with customers in a professional, approachable manner.
*
Explain the benefits of having a professionally written Will.
*
Take secure payments and book customer consultations.
*
Work Tuesday to Saturday, 9am–5pm.
This is a commission-only position — your earnings are based entirely on your results.
OTE of £75,000–£85,000 per year, with no cap on what you can achieve.
What You’ll Need

At least 4 years of experience in sales.

Excellent communication and people skills.
*
Motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
*
A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
*
Confidence in starting conversations and building rapport quickly.
*
No legal background required — full product training provided.
