Ensuring that quality is delivered consistently, compliance with food safety standards, and alignment with GLLs and customer expectations. Thecatering Manager will focus on menu development, cost control, stafftrainingand supplier relation management to maximise customer and client satisfaction and profitability. Whatyoulldo: Overseeing the mobilisation of new catering offering for National Squash and Regional Arena. Monitoring performance Budgetingand resource management Placing orders for stock Training & development of staff Assistin the recruitment of key staff Keeping up to date withcompetitors'products & business trends Reporting to Senior Managers Compliance and safety Strategic product development and support for all aspects of catering Supporting operations within the café team. What you need: Knowledge of key performance indicators in the catering industry and their application and how they can be used to effect improvement. Up to date knowledge of developments in the catering industry. Willingness to promote Health & Safety Policy and a practical awareness of how to promote them.
