We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Niche Recruiter to join our team, specializing in Murex professionals within the UK and European markets. Your main responsibility will be to build and utilize a strong network to source top-tier talent for both permanent and contract roles. If you have a reputable presence in the Murex talent market and can attract specialized professionals effectively, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build & Maintain Murex Talent Network: Proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with Murex professionals at all levels (Junior to SME) in the UK and European financial sectors.
2. End to End Recruitment: Use various sourcing channels to find Murex experts, managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to onboarding.
3. Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with Murex technology, market trends, and compensation insights, providing valuable information to candidates and hiring managers.
4. Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their Murex needs and advise on talent acquisition strategies.
5. Murex Domain Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of the Murex platform, including core modules like MX.3 Front Office, Risk, and Back Office, and typical roles associated with them.
6. Recruitment Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a proven record of engaging niche technical professionals, especially in Murex.
7. Networking Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust naturally; existing Murex network in the UK/Europe is a plus.
8. Communication & Ethics: Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience. Ability to influence stakeholders and secure resources through strategic communication.
9. Proactive & Resilient: Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
