We are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our Midlands Division, based at the brand new Marston Leys development in Meon Vale near Long Marston, Stratford Upon Avon.
Marston Leys will offer quality modern 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes in Meon Vale, with amenities nearby including a coffee shop and leisure centre. The location provides a mix of traditional living with modern practicality and good commuter links.

Responsibilities
* Join and represent Crest Nicholson at the Marston Leys development in Meon Vale, Stratford Upon Avon.
* Deliver high-quality customer experiences and support purchasers through the home buying journey.
* Engage with potential buyers, respond to enquiries, and demonstrate homes.
* Support commercial targets while maintaining Crest Nicholson values and brand standards.
* Work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as required by the role.
What experience do I need?
New Homes Sales experience would be advantageous; however, we will consider applicants from any sales or customer service backgrounds.
What type of people are we looking for?
You should be confident, charismatic, creative, and capable of thinking outside the box to achieve goals and succeed as a progressive Sales Executive.
