Seven Healthcare is hiring a motivated Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to join our growing U.S. healthcare recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the U.S. travel healthcare staffing market, placing Travel Nurses and Allied Health Professionals into high-demand roles across the United States.

The Role
As a U.S. Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the travel nursing and allied health staffing space. You’ll recruit into urgent, nationwide requirements and build long-term relationships that drive repeat placements and redeployments.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit Travel Nurses and Allied Health Professionals across multiple U.S. states and specialties
* Work within fast-moving U.S. travel healthcare markets with urgent staffing needs
* Own the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, placement, extensions, and redeployment
* Build strong, long-term candidate relationships to maximise redeployments and revenue
* Communicate daily with U.S.-based candidates and facilities across different time zones
* Develop knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance and onboarding requirements
* Accurately track pay packages, start dates, cancellations, and contract extensions
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a sales-driven mindset
* Comfortable managing multiple live vacancies at once
* Able to work 10:30–19:30 to support U.S. recruitment operations
Desirable
* Recruitment consultant or sales experience (healthcare recruitment preferred)
* Interest in U.S. recruitment, international staffing, or travel healthcare
* Background in recruitment agencies, staffing, or business development
