The Role:
We are seeking a proactive Global Recruiter to support our international growth. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment for key roles across different regions, focusing on building talented and diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across technology, corporate, and commercial functions.
· Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and execute hiring strategies.
· Source top talent through direct channels, with a focus on passive candidates.
· Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
· Utilize data to track hiring progress and improve recruitment efficiency.
Who You Are:
· Proven in-house or agency recruiter with experience hiring for EMEA markets.
· Strong sourcer with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
· Excellent communicator who can build rapport with stakeholders and candidates.
· Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with the tech/e-commerce landscape is a plus.
