Support planning and governance of all processes related to human resources management (staff and Tutors) and organisation at local level, in line with objectives defined by School Director and the guidelines of the Headquarters’ Head of HR. The objective is to support business needs fully respecting predefined budgets and mitigate risks.
Key purpose of the role
Talent Acquisition and Development – Support School Director in identifying human resources needs aligned with business needs and objectives. Organise the research and selection of staff at local level, support the School Director and/or department heads in defining profiles and evaluating candidates; manage the onboarding process; oversee the appraisal process; study and plan training needs to develop staff knowledge and competencies; manage relations with external training providers; monitor training activities and gather end-of-course feedback.
HR Administration - Manage the monthly payroll process; ensure compliance with local employment law and GDPR; manage agreements with external tutors; support legal actions aligned with local law.
Write and update policies for Boards and committees.
* – Support Headquarters HR referent in updating job descriptions, organisation charts, and organisational communication and processes to maintain a clear and transparent organisational model aligned with business needs. Assist in the Degree Awarding Process for HR-related aspects.
* Strategy and Employee Relations – Work closely with the School Director and Head of HR to manage HR strategy, including employee engagement activities to support retention and positive experience. Support the School Director and Line Managers in managing employee relations and performance management activities, providing advice aligned with UK employment law and culture.
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting
Support the School Director and collaborate with the finance department to develop and monitor the HR budget, including outsourcing services (payroll, recruiting, training, legal consultancy). Assist in preparing and analyzing periodic reports to monitor local performance and justify discrepancies. Share regular monthly HR KPI reports with the School Director and Headquarters.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
* 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
