Our client is currently seeking a Recruiter to join their dynamic Construction desk on a permanent basis. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment processes and supporting the team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise your strong administration skills to manage and update the database system accurately.
* Conduct interviews and screen new candidates via telephone and face-to-face, ensuring full registration and eligibility checks.
* Source candidates and manage job applications efficiently.
* Support Recruitment Consultants with bookings, account management, and daily administrative tasks.
* Maintain a professional telephone manner when calling clients to check in workers and conducting daily sales and spec calls.
* Book and attend client meetings, working towards sales and activity targets.
* Participate in out-of-hours call rota to ensure continuous support.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in administration with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Experience in sourcing candidates and managing job applications.
* Professional telephone manner and customer service skills.
