Our client is an international law firm considered one of the largest firm’s in the world and recognised by prominent business and legal publications for its innovations in client service, they are now looking for a Reward Manager to join their busy team, either remotely or on a hybrid arrangement with their London office, on a permanent basis.
The main responsibilities for the Reward Manager will be to lead the reward agenda for the region ensuring that we remain a market competitive employer in terms of both fixed salary and variable pay. They will also ensure we have a great benefits offering that supports our wellbeing and ESG agenda.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
1. Conducting benchmarking analysis using Willis Towers Watson Compensation Platform and making recommendations based on that analysis.
2. Project managing the Salary Review process from analysis, budgeting, recommendation gathering, sign off and communication.
3. Owning of the annual Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting exercise.
4. Overseeing the annual enrolment window and managing the supplier relationship with our Flex Bens provider.
5. Providing guidance on Health and Risk claims to Partners and Employees where necessary.
6. Identifying opportunities for our Benefits offering to improve and / or support our ESG targets.
7. Supporting on the Health & Wellbeing agenda at the Firm.
The Reward Manager will ideally have five years’ experience with compensation review and salary benchmarking experience using the Willis Towers Watson methodology. Experience of Curo Compensation Software is desirable. It is essential to possess high level numerical & analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data in excel and other software tools while making data driven decisions. The right candidate will have experience of working within a Matrix organisation with excellent stakeholder management skills. An understanding of employee benefits including health and risk benefits will be advantageous. The Reward Manager will have the ability to lead and motivate, be professional and possess high attention to detail.
