As part of a job share team, the HR Manager at Access Insurance plays a key role in leading our people function and fostering a positive, purpose-driven workplace. You'll oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with employment and FCA regulations, and support leadership in aligning our people strategy with that of our parent company, the Benefact Group.
