Site Manager

Site Manager opportunity on an office based in Cambridge. This project will need someone to be responsible for the internals and externals.

This is a Tier 1 contractor who will require you to oversee that the project is built to a high standard and in a timely manner. You must have prior experience building similar projects. You will be managing the internals and faade on this project.

The Ideal Site Manager must have:

* A proven track record managing similar projects
* Longevity in roles
* Understanding of programmes and the ability to write short term look aheads
* Interpersonal skills to get along with the rest of the team/manage the sub-contractors effectively
* Black CSCS
* SMSTS

We are paying between £300-£330cis per day for the right candidate.
