We're hiring a proactive Sales Executive (self‑employed basis) to generate high‑quality leads across scaffolding, bricklaying, construction and development sectors. Engagement is self‑employed initially and will be reviewed within the first couple of days to confirm fit.
Key responsibilities
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities (outbound calls, emails, networking).
* Cold call and qualify prospects; set up meetings and site visits with potential clients.
* Think quickly and creatively to develop new lead sources and campaigns.
* Learn our services and value propositions to consult effectively with prospects.
* Report activity and results; collaborate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
Skills & attributes
* Strong cold‑calling experience and proven lead‑generation ability.
* Quick thinker, self‑starter with initiative and a growth mindset.
* Confident presenter; comfortable running client meetings.
* Good communicator, organized, and coachable—willing to learn the business.
* Experience in construction‑related markets is a plus.
