Job Description
* Provide general administrative support to the Employee Relations team.
* Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, hearings and interviews, including diary management and room bookings.
* Prepare and issue standard letters, documentation and meeting packs.
* Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems and ER case spreadsheets.
* Assist with logging and monitoring cases on the ER case management system.
* Support with the transcription service bookings and team meeting logistics.
* Liaise with managers and staff regarding meeting arrangements.
* Respond to basic ER queries and redirect formal matters appropriately.
