What the job involves Full-cycle recruitment for product management and go-to-market roles across all our locations (UK, EMEA, US) Working with a high level of autonomy Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process Participating in marketing and PR activities aimed at improving the HR brand Requirements 2 years of recruitment experience in a challenging environment: scale-up, large tech, consulting, VC/PE, or a well-known recruitment agency serving any of the above industries Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated No specific industry knowledge is required, although we tend to favor candidates with a more diversified background (e.g., working with a large variety of roles, sectors, geographies) Great communication skills and a client-centered approach Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously Fluent English What we Offer Wheely expects the very best from our people, both on the road and in the office. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
