Job Description
You will:
* Deliver end-to-end HR support across the organisation, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
* Support and coach line managers on HR processes, policies, and best practice
* Lead on HR casework, ensuring compliance with employment legislation
* Manage and mentor the HR Administrator, helping develop their skills
* Contribute to culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
* Support workforce planning and organisational development projects
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:
* Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in housing, public, or not-for-profit sectors
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
* Proven ability to manage HR casework and support managers effectively
* Hands-on approach with confidence to work autonomously
* Experience in line management or mentoring
* Values-driven, collaborative, and passionate about making a positive difference
