Konnect are currently seeking an experienced site manager to oversee a major commercial refurbishment project for a leisure centre in Bury St Edmunds.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing large-scale commercial refurbishments.
*
Previous experience on leisure or public sector refurbishment projects
*
M&E experience preferred.
*
Ability to manage sub-contractors, programme of works, and H&S on site.
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Duration: 12 months
