Job Title: Internal Recruiter
Location: Head Office, Castle Donington (with occasional travel to other sites)
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle across a variety of roles, from Head Office positions to operational roles such as drivers, warehouse operatives, and transport managers. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates using CV databases, job boards, referrals, and internal systems.
* Recruit across Head Office and operational roles.
* Conduct telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
* Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers.
* Support onboarding and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and meet KPIs.
* Use ATS systems and recruitment tools to optimize candidate matching.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment tools.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Full UK Driving License.
