Senior Learning Mentor
Salary Range: Grade C SCP 24-33 (£35,412-£44,075 FTE)
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
We are looking for a passionate Senior Learning Mentor to join our established Pastoral Team. This is an exciting new role in our school to strengthen our support for pupils and their families.
The successful candidate will work with our Leadership team and lead Learning Mentors to provide provision across the school.
We are looking for a Senior Learning Mentor who:
* Is passionate about making a difference and committed to our school values
* Has experience in delivering high quality pastoral support and interventions
* Manages a team effectively
* Has a firm understanding of effective safeguarding
* Is already trained, or is willing to train as a DSL

The successful candidate will be subject to all necessary pre‑employment checks, including enhanced DBS, prohibition check, child‑care disqualification checks where applicable and relevant qualifications.
