About the Role
The Sales Executive will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager and driving business growth. This dynamic and varied position is ideal for individuals with B2B sales experience who enjoy building strong client relationships and exploring new opportunities. The role will involve a mix of office-based tasks and field-based client engagement, making it well-suited to a self-motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Sales Manager with daily operations and strategic sales planning
Developing and executing sales strategies to expand the company’s reach across the UK and Europe
Making cold calls to generate new leads and build the sales pipeline
Attending client meetings and managing travel as required (expenses reimbursed)
Preparing and sending quotes, proposals and sales follow-ups
Organising and participating in sales meetings, events and demos
Collaborating with internal teams to help meet and exceed sales targets
Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
Distributing high-value leads to relevant team members
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
Assisting with post-sales support including order queries and complaint resolution
Updating sales performance reports and tracking KPIs
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a B2B sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude
Eagerness to learn and understand the company’s product offering
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
