This role offers the opportunity to lead employee relations, drive data-led decision-making, and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across international markets. You will help shape our people strategy and support the ongoing transformation of our HR systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide coaching and support to managers to build high-performing teams and lead employee relations matters with professionalism and integrity.
* Analyse HR data to generate insights and inform decisions.
* Collaborate with global HR and business stakeholders to align initiatives.
* Drive improvements in HR systems, processes, and employee experience through project groups and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support employee engagement, development, and contribute to evolving a modern, effective HR function.

* You will have proven HR experience, preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced, global environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
* An analytical mindset with a passion for using data to achieve meaningful outcomes.
