This independent energy company has been established since 2017, created solely to minimise damage being caused to the environment by assisting families across the UK reduce their energy bills, by improving the efficiency of their homes. They're now seeking an experienced HR person, who has a friendly and can-do attitude to assist them with their strong growth plans. You should expect to juggle a variety of tasks day to day and always act as a listening ear to all staff members.
In this role, the individual will be the go-to person for all things HR, recruitment, and overall assistance across the company when and where required. You will receive fantastic development opportunities tailored to you as an individual, which will include both internal and external training and excellent progression routes.
The Role:
1. Acting as the go-to person within the company and always being a listening ear.
2. Ensuring adherence to employment laws and managing employee records.
3. Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process company-wide.
4. Close knit and friendly environment.
5. Excellent training and progression opportunities within a growing company.
6. 40hr working week (9am - 5pm Mon - Fri).
The Person:
1. Previous HR Management experience.
2. Holds CIPD qualification.
3. A positive, friendly and can-do attitude.
