As the HR Manager, reporting to a supportive Finance Director, youll develop and implement HR processes, coach business leaders, and drive strategic People programmes that align with the companys commercial goals.
This brand-new role is part of the senior leadership team, perfect for a self-starter ready to make a significant impact on the companys growth journey.

Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with Leadership : Collaborate with company leaders to align HR efforts with business goals.
Shaping HR Practices: Develop and roll out effective HR strategies, policies, and processes.
Building a Great Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive workplace where employees feel valued.
Supporting Employees: Address employee concerns and conflicts consistently and fairly.
Boosting Engagement: Create programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Staying Compliant: Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Keeping Policies Current: Update the employee handbook and HR policies regularly.
Organising HR Records: Manage employee files and documents efficiently.
Tracking People Metrics: Monitor HR data to provide insights for better decision-making.
Using Data to Improve: Analyse metrics to identify opportunities for HR improvements.
Key skills and experience required:
CIPD Level 5 Qualified or 10+ years experience : Strong HR knowledge with a focus on strategic HR solutions.
Expert in Employment Law: Deep understanding of current employment legislation.
HR Best Practices: Proficient in implementing effective HR policies and practices.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in complex situation management and clear communication.
Change Management Expertise: Experienced in leading teams through organisational changes.
Proactive & Solution-Focused: Ability to identify challenges and implement solutions proactively.
Strategic Thinker: Align HR strategies with broader organisational goals.
HRIS Proficiency: Experienced with systems like Dayforce to drive efficiencies and informed decisions.
