Hours: 2-3 days per week (15–22.5 hours)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Part-Time HR Manager to establish the HR framework for our growing, multi‑site business. Culture is central to our vision: attracting, developing and retaining exceptional people is how we deliver an unforgettable experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities
 * HR Strategy & Governance – Design and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks aligned with UK employment law and ACAS best practice.
 * Recruitment & Onboarding – Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and induction programmes, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality candidate and new‑hire experience as new venues join the collection.
 * Employee Relations – Provide expert advice to managers on performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and support the resolution of employee issues in line with legal requirements.
 * Compliance & Reporting – Maintain accurate HR records, oversee GDPR‑compliant employee data management, and produce key HR metrics for the board.
 * Learning & Development – Identify training needs and implement development plans to nurture talent and leadership capability across the business.
 * Culture & Engagement – Champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion and wellbeing, embedding our values across every site.
What We’re Looking For
 * CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience) with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
 * Proven experience implementing HR systems and processes, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or multi‑site organisations.
 * Sound knowledge of HR compliance, GDPR requirements, and health & safety responsibilities.
 * Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
 * A self‑starter comfortable operating part‑time and flexibly as the company grows.
