WHAT THE SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE INCLUDES As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and helping to shape the company’s commercial success. This is a hands-on, proactive sales role, ideal for someone with drive, ambition. WHAT WILL I BE DOING AS A SALES EXECUTIVE? Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new leads daily Managing a portfolio of existing/new accounts and growing them through upselling and cross-selling. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors Handling customer inquiries via phone and email. Handling inbound sales enquiries and converting leads into clients Processing orders and invoices on Xero/Mintsoft Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system. Customer accounts are up to date, and all service-related queries are answered. Preparing and delivering sales pitches, proposals, and presentations Tracking and reporting on KPIs, sales targets, and pipeline activity Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Providing after-sales support and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Assisting in organising promotional activities and maintaining product information. Representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
