You will be working and supported by a dedicated team to actively promote a vast range of competitively priced laboratory equipment, chemicals and consumables. Training and technical assistance will be on hand from our manufacturers Position and Role Marketing and Office Administrator Website & Digital Management Update and maintain company website, including product listings, supplier updates, and policy uploads. Optimise images and ensure all content meets SEO best practices. Produce and monitor audit reports for website enquiries. Track website performance through Google Analytics and provide regular insights. Social Media & Marketing Manage and schedule content across social media platforms. (Facebook and LinkedIn) Create engaging posts and graphics (currently using Canva). Send out email marketing campaigns and mailshots. Design and produce printed marketing materials (brochures, flyers), coordinating with external print suppliers when required. Procurement Platform (Science Warehouse/Advanced) Maintain and update product information on the procurement platform using Excel spreadsheets. Ensure data accuracy and efficiency requires more than beginner-level Excel skills. Supplier & Event Coordination Liaise with suppliers regarding products, website content, and promotions. Assist in the planning and organisation of trade shows and events. General Support Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team as needed. Skills & Experience Competence in website management. Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics. Strong skills in Excel (comfortable with data formatting, formulas, and managing large spreadsheets). Experience with Canva or similar design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability. Job Type : Full-time Salary: £28,000-£30,000 negotiable and commensurate with experience and skill set.
