Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable tradesperson with a strong background in painting, decorating, basic carpentry, and general handyman duties to join a large residential projext in Bideford. The role involves finishing works, snagging, and maintaining high standards of workmanship across a variety of tasks on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out painting, decorating, and finishing works to a high standard (interior & exterior).
2. Undertake carpentry snagging, including door adjustments, skirting, architraves, and minor joinery.
3. Perform general handyman tasks such as minor repairs, fittings, and maintenance.
4. Complete snag lists provided by the site manager or client.
5. Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety regulations.
