Location: Lympstone Manor 5* Luxury between Exeter and Exmouth

Salary: £38,000 plus tronc circa £7,800

Hours: Full time 40 hours per week

Relationships: Senior Management and Heads of Department

Discover the role

The successful candidate will liaise and work closely with our external HR advisors, HR Dept and assist the Management team in providing an effective and comprehensive HR administrative service throughout the employee lifecycle. The role ensures that HR records, personnel files, and HR systems are accurate and up to date while supporting managers with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, reporting, and general HR administration.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Manage the full recruitment administration process using Harri
* Maintain employee records within Harri and Fourth Hospitality
* Ensure company compliance relating to Health & Safety and Food safety using Risk Proof
* Assist managers with formal HR processes including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
* Act as the site contact for IT providers and assist with staff IT queries


Who We’re Looking For

* Strong experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
* Experience with HR systems such as Harri and Fourth Hospitality desirable
* Excellent organisational and record‑keeping abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to liaise effectively with managers and departments
* Understanding of Health and Safety obligations

Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport?

* You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.

Do I need the right to work in the UK?

* In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
