We’re looking for a Senior Quality Manager to join our Central Assurance Team and play a pivotal role in delivering our national quality strategy. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by ensuring person-centred, safe, and effective care that meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who is based centrally in England, who can travel across our regions as and when required with occasional visits to our head office in Widnes.

Role Responsibilities
* Lead strategic quality audits, reviews, and improvement projects across the organisation.
* Deliver robust assurance mechanisms and strengthen our second line of defence.
* Drive continuous improvement through data-led insights, lessons learned, and sector best practice.
* Develop and implement national audit plans, deep dives, and themed reviews.
* Support services in preparing for regulatory inspections and achieving compliance.
* Promote a culture of co-production, learning, and excellence in care delivery.
* Collaborate with clinical, governance, and operational teams to embed quality improvements.
Our ideal Candidate
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
* Degree-level qualification in social care, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in leading teams and working across large, geographically dispersed organisations.
* Proven experience in quality, safety, and risk management within social care or a regulated environment.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, quality assurance systems, and clinical governance.
* Experience working with Local Authorities, CCGs, and public sector partners.
* Ability to lead investigations, analyse trends, and drive meaningful change.
* A proactive, collaborative, and inspiring approach to leadership and improvement.
