My client is a fast growing fintech with a market leading product and a track record of successful large enterprise sales across banking, retail, lending and motor finance. They are leaders in the collections software industry with a loyal, engaged and growing client base which has led to the creation of this key new role.
Responsibilities
* Generate pipeline opportunities within key market segments, through a combination of desktop research, outbound calling and messaging.
* Maintain accurate Client and prospect data within CRM tool (HubSpot).
* Develop a deep understanding of the product and the competitive landscape and be able to articulate benefits and differentiators to prospects.
* Deliver early stage product demonstrations to prospects.
* Own and manage allocated opportunities for standard product sales from lead creation to closure.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify, attract and secure prospect attendance at agreed events.
* Represent the company and assist with the practical logistics of industry events and trade shows.
* Undertake and report on research into new and existing markets, as directed.
* Identify new and innovative ideas to generate additional ARR
* Arrange prospect meetings for the Sales Director and other representatives, as required.
* Create and maintain prospect stakeholder maps with the Sales Director.

* Sales targets being met and exceeded.
* CRM contains accurate and up to date information.
* Targets met and exceeded for booking of prospect meetings, demos etc.
* The strength and quality of the sales pipeline with an appropriate number of opportunities at each stage.
* Positive contribution towards overall company targets and performance.
Your skills & experience include…
* Experience of software sales and excellent commercial acumen (ideally in a financial services or related industry)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
* The ability to solve problems creatively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Outgoing and likeable personality with personal values based on honesty and integrity.
* Drive and ambition to develop a career in enterprise sales.
