Business and Division Description
Electrification Service Division – Energy & Carbon Service (ECS) Business Line
Location
This role is based in Europe, with a preferred location in the UK and Spain. The work model is hybrid. #LI-hybrid
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full development lifecycle of as-a-Service energy transition projects for commercial and industrial customers.
* Identify and secure project sites, manage permitting and interconnection processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project viability and readiness.
* Oversee project development schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Negotiate and manage contracts with EPCs, suppliers, and service providers.
* Act as the primary customer contact during development and support execution through to commercial operation.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in energy project development or management, ideally in storage, microgrids, or electrification infrastructure.
* Proven experience across all phases of project development, including permitting and interconnection.
* Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Willingness to travel across the EU; fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
* Preferred: Experience in FEED to commissioning, familiarity with European permitting, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
