Responsibilities
* Engagement & Culture: Support Great Place to Work initiatives, cascade survey results, facilitate listening sessions, and coordinate action plans that drive meaningful change.
* People Planning: Work closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partner, and site leadership teams to create and deliver People Plans, tracking progress and celebrating success.
* Employee Relations: Provide triage-level ER support and guidance to managers, ensuring compliance with policies and timely resolution of issues.
* Operational Support: Partner with managers on people-related initiatives such as digital transformation projects, process improvements, and training rollouts.
* Learning & Development: Help drive mandatory training completion, support capability development, and promote continuous learning.
* HR Data & Reporting: Prepare people metrics, reports, and board-level slides, bringing insight and commentary to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
* At least 12 months HR experience in an operational or generalist role.
* Good understanding of employee relations, engagement, and HR processes.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with great attention to detail.
* Confidence with HR systems and data reporting.
* Desire to develop further within the HR space.
