Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic advisor on all HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance. Champion a high-performance culture by supporting employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives. Collaborate closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs. Hands-on, operational leadership role – Provide direct support to managers, oversee performance management, and lead on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution. About You The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing, logistics, FMCG background, preferably in food and is looking to take leadership in a senior management role within a fast-paced business. Key Skills/Qualifications Industry Experience: Background in food manufacturing, food logistics, or food retail is highly desirable. Fast-Paced Environments: Proven experience in high-volume, mass-production or similar manufacturing settings. Employee Relations: Strong track record of managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes. Strategic HR Leadership: Experience contributing to or leading HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Compliance & Best Practice: Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
