This popular national firm is looking to hire an ambitious employment lawyer to handle a mixed caseload primarily for healthcare clients including the NHS as well as independent healthcare organisations and operators within the care and voluntary sector. You will be advising on internal disciplinary/grievance/capability processes, reviewing policies and procedures and contracts, dealing with senior exits, conduct of and/or support on Employment Tribunals (EAT, Court of Appeal and High Court), advising on TUPE processes as well as delivering training on a broad range of employment issues.
