Job Title: Construction Site Manager

Project Duration: 12 Weeks
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a 12-week hospital renovation project based in Cambridge. This is a live healthcare environment, so experience managing sensitive works around patients, staff, and the public is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with hospital facilities teams
*
Manage site documentation, inductions, health & safety records, and toolbox talks
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety, infection control, and safeguarding protocols
*
Regular reporting to the project team and client
Essential Requirements:

SMSTS

CSCS Card
*
First Aid at Work
*
DBS Check
*
Strong experience working in live healthcare or similarly sensitive environments
