MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an AD Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Site Manager, to join a leading organisation in the Anaerobic Digestion sector, based at their site in the Isle of Sheppey.
As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily operations
Managing & developing a small multi-skilled team
Implementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc.
Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times
Environmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permits
Site project improvements and upgrades
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on a process plant
Mechanical aptitude in engineering/process related subject
WAMITAB COTC level 4 desirable
Experience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water
treatment, CHP, etc.) would be advantageous

The package on offer includes an attractive basic salary of up to £55,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits.
